Winter Solstice Reset
what seeds of intention do you want to plant over the next 3 months?
Happy Winter Solstice Friends.
I hope the short days and long nights find you slowing down, cozying up, and taking time for good self care. Even here on Maui, I find myself relishing in “winter” months where it’s cool enough to wear a sweatshirt in the mornings and evenings, the water is a little rough and splattering of rain clouds roll through. I am less rushed in the morning and feel the pull to make a cup of tea, sit on my couch and wake up slow. I want to spend my free time going with the flow and seeing how I am feeling in the moment rather than overcommitting and running around like a banshee. I loving being at home, enjoying my space and cuddling my dogs.
Although Winter Solstice was technically a few days ago, I want to offer you some prompts to align yourself with your top priorities for the next 3 months.
Capricorn Season and into January 2026 is a potent time to buckle down, get back to business and bring in money. As we lead into the new year, I want you to start thinking about the alignment you want to have with wealth. Even if you don’t have a business per say, you can think of how you want to build your assets or bank account. Think about how you can do this in your own way - If you had a magic wand and could bring in all the money you wanted - What does that look like? How does money come into your life? What do you want to do with your wealth?
Take a journal and answer the following:
From now until Spring equinox (about 3 months), what are your top 3 priorities?
Why are these important to you?
What are your biggest dreams for your business, assets and community?
Once you are done writing, sit back, close your eyes and image that these things are given, a done deal, they fall right into your lap.
Feel the energy of that.
Breath into it, give thanks and let go.
I hope the Holiday season brings you opportunities to love on yourself, your family, friends and this earth which offers us great abundance. I hope you can take time to rest, reset and realign. I hope you have moments of reflection that remind you how lucky we are to be alive.
Sending much love,
Naomi
